Service Delivery Policy
How Omar Coder (Oman) delivers custom software: digital handover, timelines, milestones, acceptance and post-delivery support.
Version 2026-11-03 — updated November 3, 2026
1. How delivery works
Omar Coder — Omar Al-Ghafri, a software developer licensed in the Sultanate of Oman (business license No. L3949690). All services are delivered digitally. A completed project is delivered as a working build deployed to its target environment, together with the source code, the configuration and credentials needed to operate it, and handover documentation. Hosting and maintenance are delivered as ongoing monthly services.
2. Timelines
Durations shown before signing are estimates; the binding timeline is the one in the signed contract and its annex (expressed in working or calendar days as stated there). Fixed-scope website packages carry the delivery ranges published on the site. Timeline commitments assume timely feedback and materials from you; delays in approvals or third parties (domains, app-store reviews) shift the schedule accordingly.
3. Milestones and progress
The contract defines the project's milestones and, where instalments are agreed, links each instalment to the work completed. You can follow progress through your project portal and receive updates and notifications there; milestone acceptance follows the contract's acceptance procedure.
4. Handover and acceptance
- At delivery you receive the final build, the source code, deployment/configuration access, and documentation.
- The contract sets an acceptance window during which you review the delivery and may raise objections through the formal procedure.
- Formal acceptance — or the expiry of the window without objections — completes delivery for payment purposes.
5. Hosting and maintenance
Hosting and maintenance subscriptions are delivered continuously per the purchased tier. Availability commitments and included maintenance work follow the contract; usage does not roll over between periods.
6. Post-delivery support
The warranty period and included support are stated in the signed contract. Report issues through the support portal; warranty fixes and agreed maintenance are handled through the same channel. Additional work outside the warranty or contract scope is quoted separately.
